Delivery, Payment & Refund Policies

Delivery policy

  • We will deliver to the address that you have entered when setting up your account
  • While we do our very best to deliver to most major areas of the UAE, there may be situations where we are unable to reach certain remotely-located addresses. (You can find out if your address is deliverable when setting up your account).
  • Our delivery team relies on your address details, so please keep as clear as possible
  • We cannot be held responsible if your BioBox is damaged or stolen after drop-off (we only hand over the box directly or leave it outside as per your instructions).
  • If you move, please make sure to change your delivery address before your order. If you have any concerns, you can just call us and we can make the changes for you.
  • If your delivery is delayed due to supplier problems, traffic, break-down or weather conditions, please be patient. We will do our very best to inform all customers of any situations that may affect the delivery of your Biobox.
  • If there is any problem with your delivery items, such as missing items or items that are not correct, please inform us right away and we will correct the order as soon as possible or compensate if items are not available. Please make sure to inspect the BioBox as soon as possible.
  • Multiple orders in one month my result in multiple postings on the customers credit card. We can you guarantee a consolidated statement.
  • Please make sure to wash all produce in your BioBox.
  • Food4Life (BioBox and MyHealthyOffice) cannot provide services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset Control) sanctions in the UAE in accordance to UAE law.
  • We offer delivery free of charge depending on the geography and the order size:
    • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: free delivery for orders above 109 AED. For orders less than 109 AED a delivery donation of 14.95 AED will be added to your bill
    • Al Ain, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah: free delivery for orders above 109 AED. For orders less than 109 AED a delivery donation of 19.95 AED will be added to your bill
    • Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: free delivery for orders above 109 AED. For orders less than 109 AED a delivery donation of 24.95 AED will be added to your bill
    • Ruwais: free delivery for orders above 499 AED. For orders less than 499 AED a delivery donation of 49.95 AED will be added to your bill

  • Delivery slot times: the website will propose the available slot times as per your geography and your cut-off time

Payment policy

  • Food4Life (BioBox, MyHealthyOffice) currently only accepts credit/debit card payments from UAE registered banks on-line.
  • Please inform us as soon as possible or any changes in credit card details. You can change at My Account on-line or call/email us at any time.
  • Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of recipt of payment.
  • We use the TELR, a fully PCI compliant third party provider, for retaining and encrypting card information. We do not have access to your card details.
  • Your card will automatically be charged for your order either on or the day after your delivery. Request for payment will be submitting to your bank between 24 and 72 hours. We are not responsible for how long the bank takes to process payments.
  • In the unfortunate situation that your card issuer has rejected request for payment, we may be obliged to suspend your account until the issue has been resolved.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel your orders by email to [email protected] until 4pm on the day of order for Dubai and 1pm for Abu Dhabi. No cancellation will be accepted after these cut-off times

Refund Policy:

  • We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to BioBox through the correct channels (phone or email) within 3 days of receipt of your order.
  • For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which BioBox shipped the incorrect item, or the item is unfit for consumption.
  • For foods and perishable items, if any items are damaged or are unfit for consumption, please send a picture to [email protected] on the same day than the box was delivered along with your order number. Our team will assess the item's condition based on the pictures you sent. If our team concludes that the item is indeed damaged or unfit for consumption we will proceed with a full refund on the mentioned item. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Returns are allowed within 30 days on non-perishable items that are in new and unused condition with all of the original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.There will be no refund of shipping charges except in cases in which BioBox shipped the incorrect product. If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping you will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.

  • There will be NO refund on original shipping charges or on return shipping charges, (unless we have made an error or incorrect items were sent). Please do not send any returns C.O.D. as they will not be accepted.
  • When we receive the returned items, a full refund will be issued in the form of payment that was used to make the original purchase.
  • If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier. If the box has been discarded, claims cannot be filed for damaged goods or items.
