- We will deliver to the address that you have entered when setting up your account
- While we do our very best to deliver to most major areas of the UAE, there may be situations where we are unable to reach certain remote addresses.
- Our delivery team relies on your address details, so please keep them as clear as possible
- We cannot be held responsible if your BioBox is damaged or stolen after drop-off (we only hand over the box to you directly or leave it outside as per your instructions).
- If your delivery is delayed due to supplier problems, traffic, break-down or weather conditions, please be patient. We will do our very best to inform all customers of any situations that may affect the delivery of their Biobox.
- While our packing teams are taking every hygiene and cleanliness measures possible, we highly recommend you wash all the produce that you receive from BioBox for extra precaution.

- Food4Life (BioBox, MyHealthyOffice) currently only accepts credit/debit card payments from UAE registered banks online.
- Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
- We use Payfort, a fully PCI compliant third party provider, for retaining and encrypting card information. We do not have access to your card details.
- Your card will automatically be charged for your order either on or the day after your delivery. Request for payment will be submitted to your bank between 24 and 72 hours. We are not responsible for how long the bank takes to process payments.
- In the unfortunate situation that your card issuer has rejected request for payment, we may be obliged to suspend your account until the issue has been resolved.

- You can cancel your orders by email to firstname.lastname@example.org until 7pm the day before your delivery date (for Next Day Delivery) and until 10:30am on the day of delivery (for Express Delivery). No cancellation will be accepted after above-mentioned times
Refund & Return Policy:
- We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any error or damaged items must be reported to BioBox through the correct channels (phone or email) within 48 hours after receipt of your order. Please save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier. If the box has been discarded, claims cannot be filed for damaged goods or items.
- For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which BioBox shipped the incorrect item, or the item is unfit for consumption.
- For foods and perishable items, if any items are damaged or are unfit for consumption, please send a picture to email@example.com on the same day that the box was delivered along with your order number. Our team will assess the item's condition based on the pictures you sent. No claim of damaged items will be accepted 24h after delivery time.
- If our team concludes that the item is indeed damaged or unfit for consumption we will proceed with either a full refund on the mentioned item or transfer of this amount to your BioBox Wallet (to be used in subsequent orders). Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Returns are allowed within 48h on non-perishable items that are in new and unused condition with all of the original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. There will be no refund of shipping charges except in cases in which BioBox shipped the incorrect product. If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping you will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
