BioBox offers you a convenient way to shop for healthy-only items and fresh produce that you will love - and feel good about buying. Our products are organic or sustainable, and we source as often as possible from local, family farms that are making an effort to have less of an impact on the land. Best of all, we deliver everything right to your door!
Why should I consider the BioBox membership service?
A subscription service makes shopping so much easier! Your fresh, healthy BioBox will be sent to you automatically every week, or as often as you would like. Our website will show you a list of what's going to be in your box before it's delivered, allowing you to edit your order as you like. Add items, remove items, or change quantities; you're in control. BioBox is flexible, you can skip, pause or cancel at any time!
How often do I need to order if I have a membership with BioBox?
As often as you like! You can have order delivered once per week or more, or even 2 or 1 time per month. Your membership is completely flexible and you can edit your box or skip, pause or cancel at anytime.
SETTING UP YOUR BIOBOX ACCOUNT
How do I create a BioBox account?
You can simply go to the My Account section on the top right of the HOME page. You will need to add in your details and wait for the confirmation email.
What do I do if I did not receive the confirmation email for my BioBox account?
We rarely have any problems with this, but if you find you do not have the confirmation, first look in your SPAM/JUNK folder and if it is still not there please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 052-808-8997.
PAYMENT OF MY BIOBOX
Can I pay with cash on delivery?
We prefer that you register your credit/debit card with us (on a secure third party provider) in order to make sure everything is as safe as possible and our drivers don’t have to worry about carrying cash to make change.
How do I know that my card details are secure?
We us TELR, one of the most secure third party payment providers. We do not have access to your card details in any way.
Can I use debit card or do you only accept credit card for my BioBox orders?
Yes, of course! Debit and credit cards most welcome.
If I’m not satisfied with one of my products, how do I get a refund?
Well, we are pretty sure you will be happy with your products, but sometimes there can be a slip-up. Just contact us right away on 052-808-8997 and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as we can! Your happiness is our top priority.
What is the delivery time-line for my BioBox?
Our team of packers who hand-select your products as well as our delivery people work fast! (As we want your produce to be as fresh as possible). If you order before 2pm, we have a next day delivery option.
If I’m not home, can the delivery person leave my BioBox on the doorstep?
Of course we can! This is common practice. However, as you know, the weather in the UAE can be pretty harsh. If you live in a building, we can easily leave it at your door or with the security. If you live in a villa where the BioBox will be left outside, let’s talk about a good option!
My delivery is late and has not arrived yet. What can I do?
Don’t worry – it may just be a traffic problem. We will always try to contact you in the case of a late delivery, however if we have missed it in some way, feel free to call us and check on 052-808-8997. We will follow up with the driver straight away! (Our normal delivery times are within the 2 windows: 9am-1pm OR 5pm-9pm)
I ordered something and it wasn’t in my box. What should I do?
Just call us anytime and we will get it to you as soon as possible! Don’t forget to check your invoice to make sure.
Can you deliver to my office as well?
We are more than happy to deliver to where it suits you best! We deliver (almost) everywhere in the UAE! You may also want to check out our MyHealthyOffice (link this to the website) if you want yummy snacks to share with your colleagues.
When is the deadline for making changes to my biobox?
We request that edits be made 48 hours prior to your biobox delivery in order to accommodate any changes, editions or substitutions. You are always welcome to give us a call if this deadline is passed and we will do our best to help.
What are my subscription or membership options?
We have many options to help you customise your BioBox! You can order whenever you want or you may like to have a membership so that your BioBox is delivered on the day and time you like – every week, twice per week, every 2 weeks or every month – it’s up to you!
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes you can! Anytime! If you are moving or haven’t been able to eat all of your fresh food, you can easily cancel your membership. Or if you are going on holiday or traveling for work, just pause your account and we will hold it until you come back. You just need to make sure you do this either on-line or by contacting us (email email@example.com, telephone 052 808 8997) at least 48 hours prior to your next delivery). You can re-activate it again if you wish easily.
What does Food4Life offer corporate clients?
First of all, it is best to call/email us to discuss what you would like. We can offer you BioBox options for a single event such as some fun options like “Smoothie Day”, or “Healthy Eating Day”, or even “Cool Fruit Day”. We also offer seminars to help educate your team with healthy eating and a healthy life-style.
